Our transparent service fees are added at checkout and are non-refundable:
Domestic Flights: $15
International Flights: $25
Hotels: $10
Car Rentals: $16
Cruises: $150
Tour Packages: $50
Refund agency services charges are subject to the same charges as above.
No. All agency service charges are non-refundable, including those for booking and refund processing.
Refund eligibility is subject to the airline, hotel, cruise line, or service provider’s own policies, as well as the fare class of the booking.
Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Yes, however, changes and cancellations depend on the terms and conditions of the service provider (e.g., airline or hotel). Additional charges may apply based on the provider’s policy and fare class.

You will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and receipt once your booking is successfully processed. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, just in case.
If our system detects any suspicious or fraudulent activity, the associated tickets or itinerary will be immediately suspended and investigated.
In cases involving fraud or identity theft, we cooperate fully with law enforcement. Offenders will face penalties in accordance with state and federal laws.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the same method of payment.
Yes, you may book on behalf of someone else. Please ensure that the passenger details match their travel documents exactly. Discrepancies can result in travel denial or additional charges.
